This is your chance to get a comprehensive view on business-to-business pricing processes in a truly global environment. Our team is looking for a Strategic Pricing trainee to support the Strategic Pricing function within the Business Support team. You will work with and be supported by an international and diverse team.

In this role you will have your own development projects conducting market research as well as managing and developing our pricing database. Your working days can also include participating in product pricing and sales campaigns processes, supporting in the development of business support tools and assisting with ad hoc pricing projects. For us, it is really important to support your professional growth. Therefore, we are looking forward to hearing what excites you so we can involve you in work tasks and projects sparking your interest.

The duration of this trainee period is 12 months and will start on an agreed date in March. The position is full-time during summer 2026 and part-time (at least 2-3 days a week) during other times.

Who do we see working in this trainee position?

Our trainee programme is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university or university of applied sciences. 

We believe that a business related education might offer you good prerequisites for succeeding in the role. You have preferably completed 3-4 years of your studies, and have a strong interest in business development and pricing.

Most importantly we are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and good sense of humor! The curiosity to learn, ability to work independently and eagerness to take responsibility will help you succeed in this position. We appreciate it if you are eager to embrace different tasks as the assignments vary from day to day.
