Strategic Portfolio Advisor – Enterprise Real Estate
Job Description Summary
The Strategic Portfolio Advisor supports enterprise and Business Unit real estate strategy by translating portfolio data, metrics, and scenarios into actionable insights and recommendations. This role focuses on portfolio impact, BU and Enterprise engagement, and strategic initiatives, complementing the BI Lead with higher-order analysis and decision support.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of portfolio scenarios and trade-off analyses (e.g., invest vs. divest, consolidate vs. grow)
- Support Business Case development for engaging with Business Units and Enterprise to present real estate options
- Partner with BI Lead through dashboards to assess portfolio impact, risk, value, and timing
- Develop and define portfolio metrics and decision frameworks to identify risks and opportunities in portfolio data
- Prepare decision-ready materials for the Enterprise Portfolio Reviews
- Support the co-ordination and execution of strategic initiatives as developed across the account services
Critical Capabilities & Experience
- Strong background in corporate real estate strategy, portfolio planning, or consulting
- Experience working directly with Senior Executives and Business Unit leaders
- Strong financial acumen (NPV, ROI, P&L and Cash analysis)
- Strong capabilities in MS365 particularly PPT and Excel
- Ability to synthesize data, operational context, and enterprise strategy into clear recommendations
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and early-stage problem definition

- Strong BU/Enterprise engagement and confidence in strategic guidance
- Reduced reactive decision-making and late-stage escalations
- Clear linkage between portfolio trade-off actions and enterprise outcomes

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 170,000.00 - $200,000.00
