Drive Brief to Brilliance Lead campaign thinking from insight to idea—write strategic briefs that spark bold creativity and guide cross-functional teams to execute with clarity, speed, and cohesion.
Lead Strategists, Activate Business Mentor junior planners, manage multi-stream planning projects, and translate business objectives into strategic blueprints that accelerate growth and creative impact.
Who You Are
A recognized University Degree
Hybrid Thinker: Strategic x Creative: 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy, social/influencer strategy, or content planning. Must be fluent in culture, brand, and comms thinking—with a proven knack for making the complex simple and the simple powerful.
Narrative Hacker & Deck Ninja: Exceptional storytelling—both in presentations and planning narratives. Can turn a business task into a breakthrough content territory, faster than a trending meme.
People-first, Purpose-fueled: Strong leadership and collaboration mindset. Energizes teams, influences stakeholders, and keeps strategy relevant, inspiring, and outcome-driven—even under pressure.
