Strategic Planning Advisor

Join CarepathRx & Verity Solutions as a Strategic Planning Advisor and help shape the future of healthcare innovation. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, drive high-impact initiatives, and deliver measurable business results. Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning projects and provide expert guidance to align initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis to evaluate market opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and oversee execution to achieve milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and drive synergies across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in quantitative analysis and modeling.
  • Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to anticipate trends and incorporate them into short- and long-term plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience within the health services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead through influence.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 94,700 - 157,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
