Owner is a remote-first, global company headquartered in San Francisco, with a sales hub in Toronto. For a few of our roles we prioritize in-person collaboration at one of our office locations. Owner is in a time of hyper-growth: weâve more than doubled every year, and weâre on track to do the same moving forward. With this extreme growth, critical, complex, and cross-functional projects are appearing across the company. Weâre testing and adopting a new pricing model, weâre bringing on a whole new segment of customers, and weâre transforming the way we interface with our customers to name just a few.
Weâre making the first hire on our strategic operations team alongside our COO and Chief of Staff to take on the highest priority items across the company and drive lasting, transformational impact. Weâre looking for someone with high ownership and world-class bias to action who will be responsible for the following:
Driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
Identify and lead the highest-leverage projects that are too new or complex to have a natural owner within the business. Youâll spin up and own strategic initiatives or functional areas that require urgent focus or long-term incubationâdriving execution and impact where the company needs it most.
Supporting company-wide operating rhythms and goal execution
Partner closely with the COO and Chief of Staff to ensure alignment and delivery of company-level objectives. Youâll help manage the operating cadences that keep the business on track for our ambitious goals, and youâll lead projects to course correction where needed.
