About the Role

The Strategic Operations Analyst supports the execution and measurement of CEO-sponsored strategic projects that drive top and bottom-line growth. This role combines project coordination, data analysis, and operational problem-solving.


You will work closely with the Strategic Operations Manager and Chief of Staff to ensure deliverables are met, metrics are tracked, and updates are communicated clearly to stakeholders. You will be in the details, including managing timelines, preparing summaries, and ensuring accountability across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily management of strategic projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, and risks.
  • Prepare end-of-day updates, weekly summaries, and KPI dashboards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely follow-through on commitments.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor project health and business impact.
  • Build dashboards and reports that make performance visible and actionable.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and scorecards.
  • Support preparation of materials for leadership meetings and reviews.
  • Assist in implementing governance standards and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations, project management, consulting, or data analysis.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • A proactive learner who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Analytical mindset and eagerness to solve operational problems.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $136,000.00 + Eligible for Variable Compensation Plan
