Job Description

The Role:

The Strategic Operations Analyst focuses on driving operational excellence, leveraging technology to enhance team productivity, and supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of financial services experience, tech-savvy problem solving, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role partners closely with the COO of the Business Strategy & Development team (BSD) to improve processes, create efficiencies, influence long-term team goals and cross-functional collaboration.  Key responsibilities and duties are focused on project execution, strategy business analysis, operational efficiency and team advocacy.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Enhance and manage BSD dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to track pipeline, activity, and productivity
  • Analyze dashboard outputs and synthesize insights to support leadership decisions
  • Support execution and collaboration on BSD strategic initiatives, projects, and tactical activities
  • Drive adoption and training of AI tools and other technologies across the team
  •  Utilize AI tools to enhance team productivity and educate team on these tools
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
  • Streamline operational processes to enable focus on growth and revenue-driving activities
  • Manage and track team technology and data services budget for optimal use
  • Build strong relationships across all levels and partner with stakeholders to align processes and deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience

Requirements of the role:

  • Undergraduate degree required (Business or related discipline preferred); MBA/CFA a plus
  • 2–7 years of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to colleagues across the organization
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a continuous desire for personal and professional growth
