At Hyperbound (YC S23), we’re building the Sales Performance OS, a new category of sales-tech that helps enterprise sales teams practice, measure, and scale top-performer behaviors.

2025 has already been a breakout year: we’ve doubled headcount, raised a $15M Series A led by Peak XV, and closed $1M+ in new ARR in back-to-back months. We’re winning 90%+ of competitive deals, even at nearly 2x competitor price points, and sales reps who started mid year have already reached their annual quotas.

Job Description:

  • Close large mid-market deals in a high-growth environment (ACVs ranging from $80K to multiple 6 figures)
  • Work with legendary Belal Batrawy and Isaac Hong to build out a modern outbound motion
  • You’ll be helping shape the sales org for the company
  • Compensation: $260-$300K OTE + cash bonuses/accelerators + equity

  • A closer who is up for the challenge to figure things out on the fly
  • Fun, resourceful, and hungry
  • Thinks outside the box and helps design sales strategy in the office, alongside the founders, Atul Raghunathan and Sriharsha (Sai) Guduguntla
  • Wants to be part of the next category-defining moment in sales tech (just like Outreach.io and Gong back in the day)
  • Having sold B2B sales-tech before is a huge plus
  • Relocate to SF (if not in the bay area)

Initial Behavioral Calls

We will have an initial behavior call to get to know you. This may be 2-3 rounds of conversations with co-founders, Sriharsha and Atul, as well as Belal and Isaac, our Head of Key Accounts and Strategic Sales.

Discovery Call Breakdown

You will be sent a real-life discovery call recording that we will ask you to listen to, break down, and prepare an account plan for.

Mock Discovery Call

You will be asked to perform a mock discovery call with our AI roleplay bots on hyperbound.ai (aka use our product).
