We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Intern to support key Strategic Intelligence Projects that enhance Swarovski’s Brand Management. In this role, you will partner with teams across Brand, Commercial, Product, and Controlling, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, cross functional environment.

Your main duties will include:

  • Act as a contributor to strategic topics, collaborating closely with the Intelligence & Strategic Marketing team and the Global Head of Intelligence.
  • Ensure that Intelligence deliverables are fully aligned with the needs and expectations of key decision‑making forums.
  • Engage in continuous learning to deepen your understanding of the strategic importance of Intelligence and Strategic Marketing within the business.
  • Contribute to identifying and framing strategic Brand Management, Commercial and Product Creation topics.
  • Support the development of holistic, insight‑driven solutions that provide clear implications and recommendations (“so what / now what”) across a wide range of Brand Management requirements, leveraging the full Intelligence and data solution portfolio.
  • Participate in scoping, developing, and delivering projects based on stakeholder priorities, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and consistently high quality.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree, preferably in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Profound Interest in Marketing and/or Analytics, with a proven ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets into meaningful insights and translate them into actionable implications.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel).
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and effective across all organizational levels and cultures.
