The Strategic Insights & Program Content Manager shapes how senior leaders communicate strategy across Consumer & Business Banking. This highly visible role transforms complex business insights into clear, compelling presentations and messaging that drive alignment and results. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and influence how strategic priorities come to life across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop executive-ready presentations that translate complex data and strategy into clear visual narratives.

  • Drive communication plans that align teams to strategic priorities, milestones, and performance goals.

  • Lead planning and execution of Town Halls, newsletters, and key segment communications.

  • Partner with Finance, Analytics, Product, Risk, and Marketing to gather insights and shape messaging.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, design, and structure across leadership materials.

  • Advise senior leaders on the most effective communication channels and storytelling approaches.

  • Create educational and sales program content to support business line initiatives.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years experience in corporate communications, leadership support, or consulting roles.

  • 4+ years experience creating executive-level presentations in a corporate or consulting environment.

  • 4+ years business acumen within banking or financial services.

  • 4+ years advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • 4+ years strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

  • 4+ years experience leading cross-functional projects and stakeholder alignment.

  • Reliable transportation and ability to lawfully drive self.

Preferred

  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
