Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to join our Digital Project Management Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, and execution of complex, multi-platform legacy Software as a Service migration to modern architecture. You will join a high-impact team dedicated to ensuring seamless digital transitions that remain cost-effective and aligned with our long-term digital strategy.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Responsibility 1: Lead the strategic roadmap development and program governance for the migration of four or more legacy platforms to ensure successful technical and commercial outcomes.

  • Responsibility 2: Collaborate with Professional Services, Engineering, Product Management, and Go-to-Market teams to align global stakeholders and build consensus on migration plans.

  • Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and program milestones by establishing operational reporting and high-stakes decision-making forums.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios.

  • Strong knowledge of Software as a Service migrations, large-scale platform integrations, and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

  • Proven ability in executive facilitation and problem-solving, with the capacity to translate complex technical debt into actionable recommendations.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification is highly desired.
