Summary
Collaborates with internal and external business partners to improve healthcare value and enable the achievement of the mission, vision, strategies, network goals, and strategic business objectives. Improves the colleague, member, student and patient experiences and serves as an innovative, strategic partner and support for the key stakeholders through robust project management skills. Co-creates, executes, evaluates, and adjusts short and long-term team and divisional goals, strategies, and vision. Cultivates a strengths-based culture of continuous learning, continuous improvement, and delivery of highly reliable, measurable results. Works alongside senior team members and direct supervisor to ensure delivery of accuracy is met.

Job Duties
  • Designs, plans, delivers, evaluates, and continually supports strategic enterprise initiatives and related project management needs for the enterprise to drive healthcare value and achieve goals. Tracks project progress into project management system to ensure standardized report outs.
  • Begins to assess variation, organizational performance gaps and strategic expense reduction and revenue growth opportunities. Performs simple root cause and gap analysis based on current state data. Leverages and interprets data accurately.
  • Facilitate team meetings, identify key actions and follow up items, liaison etc. ensuring accuracy and accessibility to all project related documents. Identify and escalate barriers and risks.
  • Executes aligned, short and long-term departmental and divisional goals, strategies, and vision. Fosters an approach of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborates with clients and business partners to share status, results, and feedback on projects. Builds and maintains a professional peer network and membership in relevant professional organizations.
  • Remains current in healthcare industry trends and leading-edge portfolio and project management skills.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration, healthcare management, project management or closely related field..
  • 3 years progressive experience in project management or completion of a healthcare administrative fellowship program.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and situations.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast paced work environment.
  • Ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must possess team building skills and emotional and social intelligence.
  • Must collaborate and possess resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or other related degree.
  • 5 years progressive experience in project management.
  • CSSBB - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt - American Society for Quality Upon Hire

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
