Summary of Role:

This is an entry-level position in the Strategic Finance & Operations team, a central and emerging team where candidates grow rapidly through exposure to high-impact, cross-functional programs and workstreams. The team is responsible for defining, driving, and executing financial metrics and analysis across various functions of the business (including but not limited to revenue generation, technology transfer, cost optimization)
 

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Support strategic projects and help define and implement KPI-based metrics to determine project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing clear and logical arguments for or against specific business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to define business processes and solutions for program and resource management.
  • Build solid financial models to support business decisions by collaborating with various stakeholders.
     

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex matters quickly.
  • Strong focus on execution and delivering end products.
  • Strong presentation and soft skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve ambiguous problems.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.
  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Internship experience in professional environments such as consulting firms, investment banks, or corporate finance functions.
  • Basic financial modeling skills.
  • Self-driven personality with a structured work style

Expected Salary Range

$47,300.00 - $84,400.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
