This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain broad exposure to FP&A, corporate finance, and unit economics in a dynamic consumer fintech company.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, the Analyst will assist in maintaining financial models, preparing variance analyses, and producing data-driven insights that support executive decision-making.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Help maintain and update in-year forecasts across revenue, expenses, and key business drivers as performance or strategy evolves

  • Support preparation of the long-range integrated three-statement financial plan and scenario analyses under senior guidance

  • Assist in developing macroeconomic assumption sets and external benchmarking to stress-test the base plan

  • Maintain model documentation, version control, and template standards across the financial model library

  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards that track business performance across product lines and channels

  • Support analysis of LTV, CAC, and unit economics to evaluate growth initiatives and channel mix decisions

  • Identify trends in cohort performance, flag anomalies, and prepare clear data summaries for leadership

  • Support day-to-day maintenance of the rolling 13-week cash forecast, including reconciliation to actuals and explanation of variances

  • Track working capital movements and help monitor funding and liquidity triggers in coordination with Treasury and Accounting

  • Model warehouse facility draw-down and paydown logic to reflect real-time liquidity positioning

  • Prepare lender reporting packages including borrowing base certificates, covenant compliance schedules, and availability reports

  • Manage the debt facility reporting calendar, ensuring all submissions are accurate and delivered on time

  • Support modeling of debt capacity, leverage ratios, and capital structure flexibility under multiple operating scenarios

  • Assist in preparing materials for lender updates, capital markets diligence requests, and investor reporting

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • Solid Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling fundamentals; eagerness to grow quickly in a hands-on environment

  • Familiarity with financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) through coursework or internships; exposure to debt markets or credit facilities is a plus

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits—you take ownership of your work and follow through

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable translating numbers into concise narratives for leadership

  • Curious, humble, and eager to learn—you ask good questions and are energized by complex problems

  • Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar planning tools is a bonus but not required
