About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated Event Marketing Campaign Marketer to support in-person and virtual campaigns, who is passionate about paid media and digital marketing, including live event / VOD motions across social platforms and native tools. The Events Demand Generation team produces industry-leading marketing campaigns for our in-person and virtual experiences that are the ultimate expression of the Salesforce brand, culture, and core values. The team continually innovates across all marketing channels to connect the right customers and prospects to the right events, helping continue to position Salesforce as the global leader in CRM and AI.

As a Manager, Event Campaign Marketing, you will partner across marketing, creative, and agency teams to drive full-funnel campaign strategy and execution for our strategic in-person events and Salesforce+ virtual experiences. While this role includes channel stewardship for paid media, it extends far beyond—you’ll support integrated campaign development, creative and messaging alignment, cross-channel orchestration, and the end-to-end delivery of pipeline-driving marketing programs.

You must possess excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail, unshakable nerves, and an unrestrained desire to help shape the next evolution of Salesforce’s signature global events.

Responsibilities: What impact will the candidate make?

  • Own and support end-to-end campaign execution across in-person events, Salesforce⁺ live/VOD programs, email, and paid/organic digital channels.
  • Serve as a channel expert for paid media, including social, search, and digital partnerships—while ensuring media motions are fully integrated with email, web, content, and broader demand generation plans.
  • Drive cross-functional campaign development, partnering with demand generation marketers, the Events marketing ecosystem, Media Lab, creative, performance analytics, and global teams.
  • Liaise with internal Media Lab and agency / vendor partners to brief, build, pitch, implement, and optimize paid media as part of larger multi-channel event campaigns in partnership with Salesforce’s Media Lab.
  • Translate event objectives into audience-first targeting and segmentation strategies across channels, ensuring nuances are reflected in both paid and non-paid campaign activation.
  • Support email and nurture strategy with audience insights, flighting recommendations, and channel coordination to ensure cohesive audience journeys.
  • Analyze audience and performance data to refine cross-channel strategy and identify opportunities to scale, diversify, or pivot.
  • Partner across Salesforce teams deploying paid media to evaluate synergies and ensure alignment with broader brand and demand programs.
  • Craft clear and compelling briefs and collaborate with writing/messaging partners to develop assets for paid media, email, and Salesforce⁺ promotional placements.
  • Drive creative optimization feedback loops with internal teams (demand gen, creative, messaging) and agency partners.
  • Support creation and maintenance of campaign assets, including pitch decks, program narratives, retros, and internal reporting.
  • Support performance reporting across channels, including data extrapolation and recommended next-step actions based on insights.
  • Stay current on digital, social, video, and event marketing trends to help Salesforce events innovate and maintain a market-leading presence.

Minimum Qualifications: What is absolutely necessary?

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or digital/performance marketing, preferably in the B2B industry
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically—seeing the big picture while diving deep into campaign details that drive impact
  • Clear, concise communication skills and strong expectation management with cross-functional partners
  • Exceptional project and time management skills—highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Experience supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across seniority levels, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 0–10%

Preferred Qualifications: What would be helpful?

  • Experience in marketing at a technology company
  • Strong deck-building and writing skills
  • Experience with project management and campaign orchestration
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing across social, paid media, OOH, influencer, email, and more
  • Experience with live event or virtual event marketing (Salesforce⁺ experience a plus)
