JOB SUMMARY
Serving as a driver of Sanofi’s positive Ethical culture, this role works strategically with assigned Business units, functions, or both, serving as colleagues’ point of contact on EBI related matters within their area of responsibility and reports to the Head of EBI India and Strategic EBI business partner, SEA&I MCO. In addition to the country responsibilities, this role works strategically with assigned MCO GBU/ function or both, serving as a point of contact on EBI related matters working closely with the MCO EBI Head.
Work with the EBI India Head to ensure the compliance program is in order, to identify its strengths and areas of improvements, recommend and follow action plans (ensuring efficiency and workload management) within the perimeter.
Support the compliance reporting to the listed entity governance committees.
Work with peers to enable compliance governance, training, communication, monitoring, remediation, implementation of corrective and disciplinary actions and speak-up management.
Partner with the assigned business units or functions and provide proactive EBI support to enable sustainable business growth while ensuring thoughtful risk taking.
Identify risks and opportunities assessment, management, and mitigations for continuous improvement areas in compliance with company values and Code of Conduct.
Conduct EBI risk assessment, collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement effective risk mitigation plans, communicates findings clearly through reports and presentations that translate technical risk data into actionable insights for decision makers.
Conduct/support investigations in alignment with global teams.
Work on specific projects on supporting hub as assigned by the EBI India Head.
Support projects beyond the country scope within MCO, region and global.
Work as a Strategic business partner as assigned by the MCO EBI Head for the MCO business unit(s) or function(s) to support and advise on business strategies in line with EBI program.
Work with the network of Strategic Business Partners to support robust governance and ethical practices across the MCO.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education - University degree, Business Administration, Life Science, Finance, Legal.
Experience – Minimum 10 years of experience in compliance at pharmaceutical/healthcare multinational companies.
Technical skills
Knowledge of the global and domestic pharmaceutical industry.
Strong business acumen, deep understanding of healthcare business ethical standards, applicable laws and regulations, Risk Management, Data Analytics and Emerging Technologies.
