The Team:

We are seeking a strategic coordinator to join our Strategic Engagements Teams within S&P Global Market Intelligence.  Reporting to the Head of Strategic Engagements, the role is dedicated to enhancing strategic coordination, communication, and change management across Market Intelligence. Our team values collaboration, transparency, and a global mindset, ensuring that business lines are represented and aligned with enterprise requests. You will work closely with cross-divisional teams and Digital Solutions to act as a bridge, co-ordinate and prioritise unified roadmaps, communicate organisational change impact, manage project & agile workstreams and fostering divisional partnerships.

High-Level Purpose of the Role:

  • Roadmap Transparency: Create visibility into Digital Solutions roadmaps, ensuring alignment with divisional priorities, risks, and needs.
  • Divisional Engagement: Manage engagement by aligning common goals, fostering partnerships, and promoting an enterprise mindset.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work with Digital Solutions ART workstreams to complete quarterly PI Planning, incorporate business feedback & requirements, and meet prioritised objectives.
  • Digital Champions Network: Foster, manage and strengthen the Digital Champions network to bridge communication between Digital Solutions and the Divisions.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Ensure effective communication and alignment of Digital Solutions roadmaps with divisional priorities, risks, and business needs.
  • Lead and manage divisional engagement by aligning common goals, fostering partnerships, and promoting a global mindset.
  • Collaborate with Agile Release Train (ART) workstreams to facilitate quarterly PI Planning, incorporating business feedback, and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Manage and strengthen the Digital Champions network to enhance communication between Market Intelligence, Digital Solutions and the S&P Divisions.
  • Partner with cross-divisional teams to deliver aligned goals and initiatives, ensuring transparency and engagement in all strategic efforts.
  • Create visibility and transparency on key decisions and approvals, ensuring they are communicated to relevant business lines and stakeholders.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a lead in strategic coordination, stakeholder communication, and project or change management role.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Framework methodologies (SAFe certifications desirable).
  • Project Managements certifications i.e. PMP/Prince 2 or equivalent

Skills & Experience:

  • Has in-depth knowledge of Project Management lifecycles or IT Service Management processes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively including senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical or problem-solving skills, excellent communicator and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change, handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Location:

This role requires onsite presence 2 to 3 days a week in our New York City and Princeton, NJ location.
