Broadridge is growing! We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic pricing strategy team with the Global Technology Organization (GTO). In this role, you will drive the pricing and deal facilitation for new GTO opportunities. You will lead the modeling of new deals to ensure an accurate representation of financial economics and organizational alignment, while understanding and implementing pricing priorities to drive favorable outcomes. You will also contribute to automation initiatives and build processes that increase productivity and enable long-term profitable growth.

Responsibilities:
Build and drive new deal models to meet corresponding RFP deadlines and requirements
Present deal economics, risks, and strategic opportunities to management
Facilitate deal discussions with partners to align on pricing approach and solution set
Ensure that pricing priorities and governance are being upheld
Partner with the larger Strategic Pricing team on initiatives, automation, and renewals that include a new deal component
Partner cross-functionally (Finance, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Legal) to create consistent, customer-centered practices and communications
Lead digitization and automation initiatives to drive scalability and operational visibility through analytics and dashboards
Collaborate with Product, New Business and Sales teams on client needs and potential enhancements
Create financial models and articulate them to various seniority levels within the business
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
Certified Public Accounting (CPA) preferred
Understanding of and familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP)
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of P&L drivers
The ability to complete models autonomously and drive decision making through cross-functional partnership
Strong financial and business acumen; accountable for new deal P&L contribution and operational margin
A team-focused mindset with a willingness to contribute to initiatives that benefit the larger group
Comfortability with driving decisions and asserting important factors related to strategy
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annual. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligible.
