Purpose of the Role

This position is designed for professionals with a strong analytical mindset, capable of transforming data into strategic insights. You will enhance customer experience and operational efficiency through data-driven decision-making, act as the primary interface between terminal customers and the company, and lead customs management ensuring compliance with ADT and AEO frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • HSSE Leadership: Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with HSSE policies.
  • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Define and monitor KPIs, analyze trends, develop dashboards, and lead root cause analysis.
  • Customs & Regulatory Compliance: Manage customs activities and maintain compliance with ADT and AEO frameworks.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
  • Financial Oversight: Support budget planning, invoicing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team, fostering learning and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Maritime/Port Operations, or Business Administration.
  • Preferred: Dual degrees or specializations combining core disciplines with Data Analytics.
  • Proven experience in operations management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL), Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
