Fieldwire

Strategic Construction Success Manager

United States (Remote) Full Time

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Construction Success Manager to support our top enterprise accounts in a SaaS environment. This is a senior individual contributor role within the CSM team, operating in our Strategic/Enterprise motion.

You bring a strong foundation in customer-facing SaaS roles (Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions/Customer Support, or similar) and can build credibility with both executive stakeholders and frontline teams (admins and end users). Background in construction and/or construction technology is strongly preferred.

In this role, you’ll partner with our largest and most complex customers to drive adoption at scale, renewal readiness, and expansion—working cross-functionally to deliver sustained value.

We are looking for someone proactive, highly organized, and consultative—comfortable engaging with executive sponsors when needed, and equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves with admins and end users to drive adoption in real construction environments.

What you’ll be doing

You will act as a strategic advisor, helping customers align Fieldwire with their business objectives. You will build a deep understanding of each customer’s organization, workflows, and success criteria.

As a Fieldwire product expert and customer advocate, you will guide enterprise customers through large-scale deployments, change management, and ongoing optimization across teams, roles, and projects.

As a post-sale account owner, you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership to protect and grow revenue, influence product direction, and define best practices for Fieldwire’s Strategic/Enterprise customer success motion.

The primary responsibilities of our next Strategic Construction Success Manager will be to:

  • Own the success of a portfolio of top Fieldwire customers, supporting complex stakeholder structures and deployments across multiple teams and projects
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors, customer champions, admins, and end users—earning trust through outcomes and day-to-day partnership
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to customer initiatives, operational goals, and measurable outcomes
  • Support and lead business reviews and success check-ins, communicating value, adoption progress, risks, and opportunities to both executive stakeholders and frontline teams (admins and end users)
  • Guide customers through deployments, workflow standardization, and change management, including end-user enablement and training at scale
  • Work alongside GTM partners (Sales/Account Management, Solutions/Implementation, Support, and Product) to drive renewals and expansion—identifying growth opportunities and partnering with account teams to action them
  • Monitor customer health, usage patterns, and engagement signals to proactively drive adoption and reduce risk
  • Serve as an escalation point for Strategic/Enterprise customers, coordinating internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by sharing themes, use cases, and feedback with Product and cross-functional partners
  • Contribute to evolving Fieldwire’s Strategic/Enterprise customer success playbooks and best practices as the program scales

At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Strategic Construction Success Manager to have the following skills and experiences:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or similar), including ownership of renewals/adoption outcomes for complex accounts
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex, multi-stakeholder organizations
  • Background in construction technology or direct construction experience is strongly preferred.
  • Comfort working directly with frontline teams (admins and end users) to drive adoption through enablement, workflow alignment, and change management
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to tie product adoption to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience preparing for and facilitating business reviews and success check-ins, including presenting adoption, value, risks, and next-step plans to executive stakeholders
  • Comfort partnering with Sales/Account teams on renewals and expansion, with a customer-first mindset
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and help build new processes in a scaling enterprise motion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative mindset
  • Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS environment
