About the role

Team Global Express is seeking a Senior/Strategic Business Development Manager to secure new enterprise logo business and manage long-term, complex sales cycles. This is a full-time permanent role based at our Karawatha office on Brisbane’s South Side, reporting to the Commercial Manager.

You will drive market expansion through strategic prospecting, senior stakeholder engagement and the delivery of integrated, multichannel logistics solutions. Collaborating across internal teams, you will also play a key role in driving sustainable commercial growth and supporting TGE’s strategic goals.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and secure large, complex enterprise new-logo opportunities

  • Develop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned to TGE growth plans

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities

  • Sell integrated, multichannel logistics solutions delivering customer value and profitability

  • Prospect actively, including cold calling at all organisational levels up to C-suite

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting and CRM discipline in Salesforce

  • Apply structured sales methodologies to generate and convert new-logo opportunities

  • Lead executive-level presentations, negotiations and contract discussions

  • Oversee customer onboarding to ensure forecast, pricing and service alignment

What you’ll bring

  • Proven success winning large, complex enterprise new-logo business

  • Confidence engaging senior leaders, including Director and C-suite stakeholders

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value contracts

  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills

  • Experience selling integrated, multichannel logistics or complex B2B solutions

  • Advanced capability managing enterprise-level sales pipelines and forecasting

  • Strategic mindset with strong market and industry awareness

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver customer and commercial outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a face-to-face business development role

  • Enterprise or complex B2B sales experience (highly regarded)

  • Membership of a relevant professional association (highly regarded)
