Position Description
The Strategic and Corporate Wellness Partnerships Lead will secure key partnerships to position Sensei as the premier corporate wellness destination for performance-driven leaders and organizations. This role carries direct accountability for developing a qualified pipeline of prospects, securing partnership agreements and driving incremental group and leisure revenue across all Sensei locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

- Build and manage a list of corporate wellness accounts (including Fortune 500 companies, technology, venture/financial firms, leadership networks, healthcare organizations, consumer brands, etc.) that value and invest in integrative wellbeing for their teams.
- Develop and execute a structured outreach strategy leveraging personal networks, targeted industry events, and outbound prospecting.
- Prospect, qualify, and engage decision‑makers including Executive Assistants, HR and Total Rewards leaders, Chief Wellness Officers, meeting planners, and senior executives with direct influence over compensation programs, wellness benefits/stipends, corporate retreats, and sabbatical programs that can be converted into measurable revenue opportunities (i.e., group and leisure business) across all Sensei locations.
- Manage business development activities and implement processes and frameworks to research and recommend strategic partnership alliances that deliver measurable commercial impact. Establish quarterly pipeline targets, revenue goals, and partnership performance metrics in collaboration with Brand & Marketing, and Property Sales leadership.
- Position Sensei as a trusted wellness partner for C-suite executives, senior leadership teams, and high-performing individuals seeking integrative wellbeing experiences tied to performance, resilience, and healthier lifestyle practices.
- Own the front end of revenue development, including outreach strategy, relationship development, qualifying leads, corporate partnership agreement and handoff to property‑level sales teams for contracting and closing.
- Continually expands reach and network by attending events, seminars, and conferences identified to be beneficial.
- Leadership role in virtual and in-person tradeshow and event organizations related to the corporate market, including partnerships, sponsorships, programming and executive retreats.
- Assists with strategic market initiatives and development of new structured programs and curriculum to serve corporate clients' needs.
- Conduct research and due diligence to evaluate and recommend mutually beneficial partnership terms.
- Lead negotiations to formalize partner agreements and monitor to ensure contracted service levels are met.
- Review data and present analysis of partnership performance, referral sales, and other metrics to assess partnership value and recommend adjustments to strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and property teams to translate partnerships into revenue, ensuring clear handoffs and consistent engagement across all Sensei locations without location favoritism
- This role will reside at the Sensei Corporate Office and report into the VP of Brand and Marketing

- Customer Service – Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns; respond to internal/external customer needs in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
