The Strategic Accounts Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating packaging projects for high-value, complex customers. You will manage timelines, resources, and internal alignment while serving as the central point of coordination for strategic customer initiatives. Your work will directly support gross-profit-producing opportunities and the success of our Strategic Accounts program.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of packaging projects for strategic customers
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful outcomes
Partner closely with Sales, Packaging Design, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to align objectives and deliverables
Act as the primary internal coordinator for strategic customer packaging initiatives
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies — driving resolution to keep projects on track
Support sales teams by managing the day-to-day execution details required to advance complex opportunities
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in project management, program management, sales support, or a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
A meticulous, proactive approach with a passion for driving projects forward
Experience in packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, or customer-facing environments is a plus
