The Strategic Accounts Manager exercises good judgment and works independently with minimal instruction to resolve moderately complex issues and manage customer accounts. This role is accountable for both account planning and strategy execution, driving account strategies within their scope, working collaboratively across teams to deliver joint solutions.

What you'll do:
Manage and execute account strategies with minimal supervision, focusing on customer success and retention.
Resolve moderately complex issues related to customer accounts, escalating as needed.
Actively contribute to crafting joint sales strategies with ecosystem partners, such as IBM, hyper-scalers, and ISVs.
Drive customer relationship management and account planning within Red Hat Sales Cloud by proactively updating records and modeling strong sales hygiene.
Understand your customer's business and align Red Hat capabilities to meet and exceed their needs while establishing Red Hat as a strategic partner for your customers, leveraging Red Hat’s ecosystem of Partners to achieve
success
Manage forecasts and pipeline, record sales activities and schedule follow-up activities as needed; and track customer data using the company-standard CRM tool to drive pieline growth aligned to strategic account plans.
Refine and execute account strategies, including tracking and following up on sales activities to meet assigned sales targets.
Own account planning for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
What you'll bring:
Over 7 years of career and experience in enterprise sales or AE
Knowledge and business insight of Korea public business and environment
Understanding of the open source business model and Red Hat services
Ability to build collaborative working relationships among internal functions, partners, and other stakeholders like SI
Preferred sales experience in Korea public sector of more than 3 years
