Position Summary
You will lead strategic relationships with hospital and specialist accounts across the Philippines. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and internal colleagues to deliver science-led, patient-focused solutions. We seek clear communicators who use data and collaboration to drive results. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of strategic account representatives to meet or exceed targets.

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address development needs.

  • Build a collaborative culture aligned with GSK values.

  • Drive integrated solutions across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to improve patient and business outcomes

Business Performance & Execution

  • Develop and deliver a team operating plan aligned with national brand strategy.

  • Deliver sales demand and access objectives for assigned region and accounts.

  • Track sales performance KPIs and take corrective action as needed.

Customer Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with key prescribers, hospital decision-makers, and payers.

  • Address customer needs and issues promptly.

  • Represent GSK at industry events and meetings.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure sales activities comply with GSK policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate team training.

  • Build key account management skills to uncover and act on growth opportunities.


Why You?

Working arrangement
This role is hybrid. You will spend time visiting accounts in the field and time in the office for teamwork. Regular travel within your assigned region is required.

Basic Qualification

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in pharma sales/marketing, key account management, and/or medical affairs; 2+ years in a people-management role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field.

  • Oncology, biologics/immunotherapy, or specialty therapy experience preferred.

  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding targets; launch experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Filipino (written and spoken).

  • Valid Philippine driver’s license; willing to travel.
