Strategic Account Executive – National Accounts

What you will do

The National Accounts Executive (NAE) position primary focus will be to operate as a sales contributor to the National Accounts Organization by managing existing customers and securing new business in a National level for the security domain.

How you will do it

As an ideal candidate for this role, you have successfully demonstrated the following:

  • Manage assigned accounts security business, ensuring customer satisfaction is always top priority while also collaborating with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Develop account plans and update them regularly to capture customers’ goals and objectives
  • Ability to develop detailed territory plans, target list at the national level related to the security space
  • Identify and win new customers (new logo) in Physical security at National capacity
  • Collaborate with other JCI teams and divisions to acquire new accounts and projects
  • Capability to uncover opportunities with customers and address customer challenges using JCI security offerings
  • Ability to establish a cadence of regular meetings with customer’s key stakeholders
  • Leverage sales tools (Salesforce) to manage all aspects of Sales activities as well as funnel management
  • Ability to work and coordinate with global teams, as required

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY:


Assist in implementing plans, programs, and processes designed to meet or exceed respective goals and objectives as they relate to a service culture that will allow us to maximize market potential in all businesses segments to include new bookings (sales), revenue, and profitability within our national account portfolios. Meet and exceed sales targets as set forth in the annual sales plan by creating an exceptional capital planning vision for the account base leadership. 



CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
Assist in maintaining effective customer communications along with building solid customers relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, delivery and installation, and service.
 

SAFETY COMPLIANCE:
• Ensures that all sole opportunities comply with corporate safety programs.
• Responsible for ensuring that employee safety training is thorough, complete, and up-to-date.
• Identifies safety issues and hazards and notifies corporate safety officer of those conditions that require corrective actions.
• Responsible for ensuring that corporate policies associated with affirmative action and equal employment opportunity for all are fully implemented, managed, and monitored.
• Abides by Federal, State and local laws and regulations, as well as Company policies and procedures.


 

What We Look For:


• Bachelor’s degree or post secondary diploma in a business, management or related technical program of study.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security and intrusion system environment with a track record in dealing with major end users
• Strong, positive leadership skills. Action oriented.
• Strong understanding of market trends, code compliance and physical security codes

• Must  possess a valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record.
 

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $78,000-122,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
