We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our team.
This role is accountable for shaping strategic hospital accounts, engaging multiple decision-makers, identifying opportunities for access acceleration, and coordinating seamless execution across Marketing, Market Access, and Medical to expand adoption and maximize patient impact

Responsibilities
 

Strategic Hospital Account Development 

  • Build and execute holistic hospital strategic account plans to ensure alignment of scientific, commercial, and access objectives. 
  • Lead initiatives to expand prescribing capability, optimize eligible patient identification, and minimize patient leakage. 
  • Drive HCP engagement to strengthen advocacy, education, and clinical adoption within priority specialties. 

Multi-Stakeholder Engagement & Influence 

  • Engage, coordinate, and shape diverse hospital stakeholders across specialties. 
  • To gather customer insights and hospital policies, integrate information from multiple stakeholders across the product and patient journey, and identify barriers and leakage from all stakeholders (360°), as well as opportunities to accelerate adoption. 

Performance Excellence & Market Acceleration 

  • Consistently deliver business results with high accountability by prioritizing high-value activities and accelerating adoption in eligible patient segments. 
  • Demonstrate agility, resilience, and growth mindset in a highly competitive specialty-care landscape.  
  • Deliver high-quality scientific discussions with specialists to build deep understanding of disease area and product value, leading to confident and appropriate clinical adoption. 

 
Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; specialty-care or biologics experience is a strong advantage. 
  • Hybrid work model — Bangkok and Upcountry field travel 
  • Strong understanding of complex disease areas, treatment pathways, and clinical evidence; able to confidently engage in scientific discussions with specialists. 
  • Proven capability in multi-stakeholder engagement across the hospital ecosystem (specialists, pharmacists, nurses, purchasing, administrators). 
  • Demonstrated experience in account planning, objection handling, and removing barriers across the patient journey to accelerate adoption. 
  • Skilled in adapting scientific messages and tactics by specialty, indication, and patient profile. 
  • Track record of delivering strong business performance in dynamic and highly competitive markets. 
  • Displays resilience, growth mindset, and proactive ownership to achieve results despite challenges. 
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills; able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
