Ready to be at the heart of operations where strategy meets execution? We’re looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy professional to partner with Operations Managers and help power the success of our Stormwater program.Compile, analyze, and organize data to produce clear and accurate reports
Build and maintain strong working relationships; communicates during emergency situations
Assist with annual budget development and financial tracking
Process invoices and payments, ensuring services are verified before approval
Review and correct internal and external billing for accuracy
Maintain accurate records in Cartegraph and coordinates corrections with supervisors
Track purchase orders, manages deliveries, and reconciles P-card expenses
Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and long-term maintenance activities
Coordinate and reprioritize daily corrective and emergency maintenance work
Develop and assign work orders, coordinating with teams, customers, and external partners
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Planning, Industrial/Engineering Technology or job-related field AND two (2) years of job-related experience
-OR- Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education
-OR- Related professional program/ project management may substitute for the required education at management discretion
A valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other work-related applications
Experienced in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Project etc.
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for a period of five (5) years.
Starting Pay: $64,812.80/ annually, potentially more based on experience
