Are you a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to support the Stormwater Operations Manager and all department divisions.Coordinate departmental events, meetings, and presentations end-to-end
Manage executive calendars, phones, travel, and expense reporting
Handle inquiries, directs requests, and tracks follow-ups
Schedule meetings, conference calls, and stakeholder engagements
Maintain filing systems and departmental records efficiently
Support preparation of presentations, memos, and official communications
Serve as liaison for enterprise communications and internal information sharing
Track training compliance, assignments, and performance metrics
Interpret policies, supports initiatives, and assists leadership with priorities
Provide backup support for procurement and handles sensitive or high-profile issues
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or its equivalent
Two (2) - five (5) years of clerical, administrative, and computer experience
-OR- A college degree AND one year of clerical, administrative, and computer experience with some executive exposure
A valid Florida driver’s license at the time of hire.

Proficient with a variety of software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, OnBase, Outlook, Clear Point, Ludie chart
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including professionalism, tact, sensitivity, and the ability to build strong rapport
Exercise a high level of discretion and consistently maintains strict confidentiality
Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment in any class for five (5) years.
Starting Pay Range: $22.94/ hour, potentially more based on experience
