We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales/store person to join our team based in Welshpool WA.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a positive mindset, great communication skills and be a team player.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily Stores and Sales operations.
• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Assisting with general branch support and administration.
• Being the first point of contact for the branch, service the customers.
• Receive, store, and prepare goods for delivery, ensuring accuracy and condition.
• Maintain stock organization and participate in stock control activities.
• Support warehouse operations and provide backup assistance as needed.

Who are you?

• At least 6 months’ experience in customer service, sales or warehouse environment.
• Driver’s License is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
• Computer literate at an intermediate level (Outlook etc)
• Ability to participate in ongoing training and be open to new ideas.
• Proven safety and quality focus & the ability to perform assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with Company's Health & Safety policies & procedures.
