Iowa State University Dining is looking for a Storekeeper II to join our team and keep one of our largest warehouse-style supply areas running smoothly.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be engaged in keeping the space organized and efficient. Much of the work is independent, giving you the chance to set up systems, organize the flow, and take pride in a space that supports the kitchen and dining teams. You’ll spend your shift moving, lifting, unloading deliveries, stocking supply areas, and maintaining systems that keep the operation running efficiently.

Compensation Grade: 06
Keep coolers, freezers, and dry storage stocked, organized, and ready for use throughout the day. Maintain shelves and storage areas so the team can access everything quickly and safely.
Unload and move deliveries each morning, rotating stock, stocking multiple areas, and keeping the workflow consistent across the warehouse.
Stay active throughout the shift, lifting, moving, and organizing supplies to maintain a steady flow from start to finish.
Work independently, checking in briefly with team and kitchen staff as needed, then managing your own tasks and systems.
Create routines and setups that keep the warehouse running efficiently, supporting a high-volume dining operation; giving you a sense of pride and ownership.

Consistent, full-time schedule with daytime hours to support work-life balance
Experience in warehouse operations or team lead roles in a warehouse setting
Experience working with commercial inventory systems, ordering, and/or supply control
ServSafe Certification or additional certifications in a related field
Serving more than 8,000 meals a day at over 20 locations, ISU Dining relies on strong, reliable back-of-house support. This role is a key part of that—steady work, clear purpose, and a direct impact on the team’s success.
