About The Opportunity: Store Supervisor

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Store Supervisor to join our Wine & Beyond team. If you love connecting with people, enjoy learning about wine and spirits, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your product knowledge and retail skills.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).
• Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
• Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

About You

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory in retail experience.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout your shift.
• A reliable team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to support others.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
