We are seeking someone who will be responsible for managing all operational and strategic needs of the channel, driving continuous improvement in cost efficiency, process optimization, and commercial impact. Additionally, the position will ensure systematic tracking of progress, risks, and key milestones, providing clear visibility to internal stakeholders and supporting the successful execution of the expansion strategy.
About the role
Overseeing and executing projects end‑to‑end—from concept design and development through final implementation—while maintaining consistent, strategic communication with each account. .
Managing the A&P budget assigned to Store Planning & Construction, ensuring rigorous cost control and the identification of operational efficiencies. The position will also lead vendor negotiations to secure more competitive pricing, enabling higher‑value project delivery and improved financial performance. (≈1.16 M usd assigned per year)
Reviewing production quality and identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the manufacturing of fixtures, as well as ensuring proper on‑site adaptation and installation to meet brand, safety, and execution standards.
Designing proposals aligned with the global design guidelines while also developing alternative creative concepts tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of the local market.
Demonstrate strong project‑management expertise to effectively oversee the full project portfolio, ensuring rigorous tracking of milestones, departmental account deliverables, and alignment with internal stakeholders throughout all stages of execution.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Polanco Office in Mexico City. We expect you in office 3 days per week, typically Monday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on needs.
