Our Commercial Operations Group are a financial ‘supermarket’ offering our Co-op a pick n mix of solutions across commercial finance, store ownership, funding, financial planning & management, data analysis & reporting, accounting & transactional services including payroll, AR & AP & master data solutions. 

Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support to projects delivering improved back‑office services for our Member stores and internal teams.  Working within our future‑focused Financial Operations / Store Office Support environment, you’ll support project leads to ensure initiatives are well documented, efficiently tracked, and delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day‑to‑day administration and coordination support across Store Office Support projects
  • Maintaining project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops, training sessions, and follow‑up actions
  • Supporting stakeholder communications and governance reporting
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of project administration processes and tools

This is a fixed term role until October 2026.

You’re an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting the delivery of projects and working with diverse stakeholders. You bring strong communication skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll also bring:

  • Excellent planning, organisation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with proven documentation and record‑keeping capability
  • Confidence working with MS Office 365 tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel)
  • A collaborative working style with the ability to work independently and use initiative
