Store Manager

Lead. Inspire. Win. Ride Bikes. Feel Good.

Come and join the Trek Family — where we make only products we love, deliver incredible  hospitality, and change the world by getting more people on bikes.

This isn’t just another Store Manager role.
This is your opportunity to run a business, build an A+ team, and lead a store that truly matters.

If you’re a high-energy retail leader who thrives on ownership, people development, and results — we want to hear from you.

About Trek

At Trek, we’re on a mission to change the world by getting more people on bikes. As a global leader in cycling, we exist to solve real problems — congestion, sustainability, physical and mental health — through the power of bikes.

We’re a family-owned, values-driven company that believes in:

  • Putting the best team on the field

  • Developing leaders from within

  • Having a blast while doing meaningful work

Why Trek? (This is where we’re different)

Strong Earning Potential

  • Starting Base salary: $76,000 – $90,000 + more room to grow as you develop as a leader! (depending on experience)

  • Bonus plan  - Monthly potential to earn an additional $600 and annually a share of the store profit.

  • The better your store performs, the more you earn — simple.

  • Team celebrations, product launches, and shared wins

  • A culture where effort is recognised and success is celebrated

About the Role

You don’t need to be a cycling expert (we can teach that).
What matters most is how you lead.

As Store Manager, you’ll run the store like it’s your own business, with full ownership of people, performance, and culture.

You will:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team

  • Deliver best-in-class customer experiences

  • Own the Trek brand in your local community

  • Drive sales, margin, inventory, and operational excellence

  • Set and execute weekly, monthly, and annual goals

  • Build a store culture where people want to win — together

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Be the driving force behind a successful business

  • Lead with autonomy, trust, and support

  • Build a team you’re genuinely proud of

  • Represent a global brand with real purpose

  • Help grow a cycling community that’s changing lives

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • Proven retail leadership experience (4+ years retail, 2+ in leadership)

  • A track record of growing sales and performance

  • Strong people leadership and coaching capability

  • A customer-first mindset — always

  • Commercial and operational smarts

  • Confidence with systems, reporting, and KPIs

  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak trade periods
