Key Responsibilities
• Store Operations Management: Oversee daily activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement company policies and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Sales and Revenue Management: Set sales targets, analyze sales trends, and develop strategies to improve performance. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers for timely product replenishment.
• Staff Hiring, Training, and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees. Provide ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Schedule shifts and conduct performance evaluations.
