Store Experience Senior Analyst

As the Store Experience Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the end-to-end production processes of all in-store experience projects. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the seamless, on-time, and on-budget execution of  initiatives that enhance the in-store experience for our customers.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Assists with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for Store Experience, under general supervision.
  • Project Management: Develop and manage project schedules for key bodies of work, identifying timing efficiencies and proactively finding solutions to potential production risks.
  • Print Production: Own production deliverables, including but not limited to: securing timely and cost-effective estimates, generating part numbers with accurate sign specifications, reviewing printer proofs, creating store checklists (installation guides), managing the on-time asset delivery with key stakeholders and managing communications to our stores and field leaders.
  • Vendor Management: Be the main point of contact for our vendor partners, establishing and building strong relationships.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage production estimates and POs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the print production workflow, implementing best practices and efficiencies to drive operational excellence.

Required Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
  • Prior Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years’ experience in marketing, project management, preferably in a retail environment.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
