We are seeking a Stock Plan Coordinator to join our Global Stock Administration team in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will support the administration of our global equity programs and help ensure they operate accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work with colleagues across Payroll, Legal, HR, Finance, and external partners to improve processes and deliver a strong employee experience. This position is well suited to someone who is organized, thorough, and enjoys working across teams and time zones. You will contribute to the daily operation and ongoing improvement of NVIDIA’s stock programs in a global public company environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Equity Operations

  • Coordinate equity processes for globally mobile employees to support compliance and reporting requirements

  • Support RSU vesting activities, including coordination with Payroll and Finance teams

  • Help lead regulatory filings for global equity programs across multiple jurisdictions

  • Support equity transactions and dividend activities where applicable

  • Assist Payroll teams with equity reporting and reconciliation activities

Employee Education and Communication

  • Develop and maintain clear, accessible resources that help employees understand their equity compensation

  • Maintain and update content on the Stock Administration intranet site

  • Support communication initiatives that promote clarity and confidence in equity programs

Compliance and Collaboration

  • Partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and HR teams to support regulatory compliance

  • Respond to auditor requests and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist employees with stock plan questions, providing clear and thoughtful guidance

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting stock plans, including exposure to international programs

  • Knowledge of equity compensation and international mobility taxation concepts

  • Strong organization, analysis, and communication skills

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • CEP certification or progress toward certification is a plus

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience with the Charles Schwab EquiView platform

  • Exposure to equity programs in Israel, China, or Vietnam

  • Experience improving stock administration processes through automation or data tools

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
