MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

People Management

Ensuring that the time and attendance records for your team are accurate and up to date by the required deadlines on a weekly basis
Follow up on all issue with the team and individual team members such as the acknowledgment of positive or negative approaches and performance
Ensuring that your team is adhering to all of the Health and Safety policies and procedures when they are on site.
Monitoring the performance of the process and the team and report on same.
Ensure staff levels are planned around the business requirements and that holidays are planned in such a way that they do impact on the company’s ability to service the business and its Customers
Managing and driving the daily targets set in each area and ensuring that these are met and have the ability to report on any exceptions to Management.
Dealing with your team’s queries and developing your team in terms of their understanding of the process and Standard Operating Procedures within the company and their compliance to same.
Take an active part in the development of new processes in the business to drive efficiency and productivity across all sites.
Maintain close liaison with the team and develop professional relationships
To be actively searching and promoting cost saving initiatives with in the business.
Ensure that the housekeeping is of the highest standard at all times throughout the facility.
Reviewing Adjustments for all sites.
Managing customer / Principle Queries to ensure tickets / emails are closed out within SLA.
Managing / coordinating Principle stock takes.
Ensuring Destruction is completed in a timely manner.
To ensure stock variances & handling is within GDP guidelines.
Prepare ad hoc reports as required to include for example adjustment reports.
Ensure the security of the site at all times
To lead by example

Pharma – On Demand

The On-Demand business is a specialist medical supply business that sources and distributes pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, and consumable supplies to healthcare professionals in over 160 countries worldwide. We have offices in Ireland, UK, Europe, USA and New Zealand. The company’s main divisions encompass everything from International Sales through Sales to NGO’s and Charities, Clinical Trials Supply, Imported (Unlicensed Medicines), Sexual Health Supplies, and the storage and distribution of medical products and devices for third parties.
