Job Summary:

Location: Methodist Women's Hospital
Address: 707 N. 190th Plaza - Elkhorn, NE

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Ensures daily par levels are stocked and re-ordered; provides supplies and equipment to patient floors and other areas throughout the hospital to ensure patient and staff needs are met.

Job Requirements

Education

• High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent required.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year previous medical/surgical and inventory control experience required.

License/Certifications

• N/A

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Knowledge of perpetual inventories and inventory control techniques, including use of stock numbers, units of measure and restocking of supplies.
• Strong verbal communication skills for positive interaction with staff and customers.
• Skill in basic arithmetic.
• Skill in clerical perception to detect errors on requisitions, purchase orders, inventory records and shipping documents from vendors.
