THE JOB:
Are you ready to jump into a role that’s both essential and exciting? We’re on the lookout for energetic Stewarding Utility team members to help keep our restaurant outlets sparkling clean! In this hands-on position, you’ll be in charge of washing and maintaining our dinnerware, flatware, and glassware, ensuring everything is ready for our guests to enjoy their dining experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $16.29
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Receive soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware, place items according to size and likeness on automatic dishwasher conveyor belt
Remove washed dinnerware, flatware, and glassware from automatic dishwasher and stack them according to size and likeness for future use, return items not satisfactorily cleaned for a second wash
Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, scrub the wall and trashcan, pick up trash in kitchen and loading dock area
Keep assigned station stocked in china, silver, glasses, and condiments, clean and refill condiment container, and keep guest side of line clean
Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, and alleged thefts, notify manager on duty of any guest concerns or disputes that cannot be readily resolved
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Previous food and beverage experience in a similar position preferred
