About the location:
The Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles is a 12-story tower comprising 59 custom for-sale homes with outstanding views of the surrounding Beverly Hills neighborhood and Hollywood Hills. Operated by Four Seasons, our homeowners experience best in class amenities, including a courtyard pool and private cabanas, IMAX Theatre and Lounge, a fully equipped fitness center with climate-controlled studio, and a Resident’s Lounge offering a Food and Beverage program throughout the day. Our team will provide thoughtful, intuitive, and dedicated service to our homeowners, who will either live full time in the building, or from time to time as their travels bring them to LA. As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to define and establish the operating model for stand-alone Four Seasons Private Residences. It is anticipated that we will be able to create unique opportunities to deliver service excellence, but this will require agility and flexibility in our roles in the service of our homeowners.About the role:
At Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles, the Steward supports our Food and Beverage team in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.
What you will do:
Follow proper payroll/TRM procedures.
Set up the work area properly.
Scrape and stack all dishes properly and rack all glassware.
Set up/clean and safely properly operate the dish washing machine, including dissembling, and assembling for cleaning, loading, and unloading of dishes and flatware and changing the water when/adding chemicals when necessary or when instructed to do so.
Wipe down, sweep/mop and tidy the back of the house kitchen and dish washing stations.
Work closely with the staff to assist with carrying trays, hot boxes, pushing of towel carts, carrying of towels, lifting boxes from storeroom and putting items away in the designated areas.
Separate all flatware.
Store all plates, glassware, and sliver in their designated areas.
Clean kitchen walls, floors, drains, reach-in coolers, walk-in refrigerators, and other locations designated by the supervisor.
Handle and use all cleaning materials/chemicals safely.
Respond properly in any building emergency or safety situation.
Handle while cleaning sharp objects such as kitchen knives & meat slicer.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff.
