Sterilization Technician - Westmount Dental Centre

Schedule:   

Tuesday to Friday 10 am - 6 pm

Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm

Your Role: 

  • Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards and provincial regulations 
  • Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentation 
  • Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness 
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocols 
  • Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly 
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow 

 

About You: 

  • Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is considered an asset 
  • Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting and/or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) Programs is preferred 
  • Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset
