About the Role
Ensure sterilising services at Mater Hospital are delivered in line with all relevant Australian and international standards
Adhere to the scope of practice for sterilising technicians, following Mater Hospital's policies and procedures
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of sterilisation processes, ensuring compliance and best practice standards
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient sterilisation services
Assist with the training and development of staff to ensure competency in sterilising techniques and protocols
About You
Qualification – TAFE Certificate III in Sterilising Services. Preferred but not essential.
Experience working within a sterilising services setting
Willingness to undertake shift work schedule. Without fixed working days.
High-level sterilising technical skills with a focus on safety and compliance
High-level computer literacy and proficiency with sterilisation systems and databases.

About The Mater:
In this role you will be based at the Mater hospital, North Sydney.
