Seeking Sterile Processing Supervisor!

Full-time, days shift

Baptist Health Floyd, Sterile Processing Department

Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

Oversee and manage the Central Sterile Processing department within the hospital. Ensure that medical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and maintained to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and infection control. Lead a team of technicians and staff, implement policies, procedures, and
collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations. Maintains QA documents and computerized spreadsheets.

Qualifications: 

• Associate degree

• Three years sterile processing experience

• CRCST — Certified Registered Central Service Technician, issued by HSPA or CIS — Certified Instrument Specialist, issued by HSPA

• Certified Healthcare Leader — CHL, issued by HSPA within 24
  months of date of hire.
