Faith Technologies Incorporated

STEM Program Leader

WI - Menasha Full time

You’ve discovered something special. A company that cares. Cares about leading the way in construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy. Cares about redefining how energy is designed, applied and consumed. Cares about thoughtfully growing to meet market demands. And ─ as “one of the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America” ─ is focused on the mind/body/soul of team members through our Culture of Care.

This position demands a dynamic, charismatic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a complex, demanding, and fast-paced environment. As a "neutral facilitator" within the Business Transformation Office (BTO), the STEM Program Leader serves as the primary architect and connector between FTI’s world-class technology and engineering teams and the next generation of tech talent. This role is responsible for taking localized outreach successes and building a National FTI STEM Blueprint that makes complex technical innovation understandable and compelling to students, educators, and future professionals.

The STEM Program Leader must strike a balance between setting a bold national vision and executing that vision with disciplined, data-driven results. By joining the BTO, you are positioned to have a high-visibility impact on the future of FTI, ensuring we "Lead with Energy" by inspiring the next generation of technologists who will drive our engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy innovations.

The STEM Program Leader leads the organizational transformation of FTI’s STEM-focused community and talent engagement to drive long-term growth and value optimization. This role is explicitly limited to STEM-specific initiatives to ensure a narrow, strategic focus that avoids duplicating general community outreach.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, or generic education-related credentials or teaching backgrounds are highly valued.

Experience: 5+ years of experience leading/coordinating across functions, aligning teams to a common goal, setting and implementing strategic initiatives and demonstrated successful leadership of complex projects or programs involving a multitude of stakeholder(s) across functions.

Travel: Up to 25%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Funnel Development: Design and scale a national outreach strategy that begins pre-7th grade to make STEM "cool" and viable, extending through a year-round University strategy that builds deep relationships with target schools outside of standard recruitment cycles.
  • Curriculum & Content Innovation: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex technical innovations (e.g., EV infrastructure, Microgrids) into repeatable educational content and National Blueprints rather than just attending one-off events.
  • Internal Facilitation & Capacity: Act as a seamless "plug-in" for FTI’s technical experts, identifying and empowering passionate volunteers within Engineering and BT to engage in STEM outreach without disrupting their primary work.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Proactively align "tension points" across the business, collaborating closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure all STEM-related donations, brand standards, and sponsorships are unified.
  • Data Literacy & ROI: Own the tracking of STEM-to-Hire conversion rates and internship growth to prove the strategic return on investment (ROI) of the program.
  • Business Transformation Versatility: Utilize secondary competencies in Project Management and Process Improvement to facilitate the STEM Steering Committee and ensure transformation initiatives generate measurable impact.
  • AI Curiosity: Demonstrated "AI Curiosity" with a track record of incorporating everyday AI tools into everyday work (e.g., Gemini, Claude, NotebookLM, Copilot) to accelerate delivery, synthesize complex data, and enhance personal productivity.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described. It is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all functions, responsibilities, skills, and abilities. Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by supervisors as deemed appropriate.
