Role Responsibilities

Lead the Statutory Compliance activities for the EMEA region in their Business As Usual (BAU) operations
• Be the primary point of escalation for issues with Service Delivery within the EMEA region
• Represent Tax and the outsourced provider at the Finance Boards, building a strong and collaborative relationship with Finance Directors and wider Finance Teams
• Own the commercial discussions with the service provider ensuring that any agreements align to wider expectations 
• Engage with the outsourced provider to resolve issues that arise and provide ongoing feedback to the relevant stakeholders of the issue
• Support as required on Tax Transformation projects ensuring the transition to BAU operations is as smooth as possible
• Engage on areas of core strategic requirements of the outsourcing agreement with outsource provider and internal Haleon to ensure roles and responsibilities are clear and defined and timelines are met
• Present KPIs for the outsourcing agreement to key engagement stakeholders within Haleon,
• Monitor Balance Sheet Reconciliation process for General Ledger tax accounts 
• Ensure data quality of deliverables meets Haleon expectations and standards as required
• Communicate on necessary updates to wider Haleon finance teams in a clear and coherent manner

Why you?
• 5 -10 years professional experience in finance/tax within an environment of multinational companies 
• Experience in a stakeholder management support
• Good understanding of Tax&Stats Compliance reporting processes,
• Extensive Tax and Stats Compliance knowledge via a Professional Services firm or an inhouse compliance function within multinational companies preferable
