About the Job:
• We are looking for a highly motivated Static Timing Analysis (STA) Engineer to join our team.
• In this role, you will play a key part in supporting silicon development through advanced timing analysis, integration activities, and optimization processes.
• You will collaborate closely with design, validation, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful project execution and smooth product ramp-up.
• Optimize and converge design to meet and improve product-level parameters such as power, frequency, and area.
• Participate in the development and improvement of physical design methodologies and flow automation.
Key Responsibilities Include the Following:
• Support Static Timing Analysis (STA) activities to ensure silicon meets performance requirements.
• Assist in Silicon Integration and Optimization (SIO - section interface owner) processes during development and product ramp-up phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
• Participate in discussions with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and improve deliverables.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to support the team and future onboarding.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Strong interest in STA, silicon development, or integration processes.
Basic understanding of timing concepts and digital design principles.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to learn independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.
High level of personal responsibility, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Team player with a service-oriented mindset and flexibility to work in evolving situations.
Strong English skills are essential for daily communication and documentation.
Advantages:
Experience with STA tools (e.g., PrimeTime) and APR tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys)
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or TCL.
Exposure to silicon integration.
