What you will do:

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Standard Work & Operations Coordinator to join the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Standard Work & Training Delivery Manager. This role is critical to managing and executing Standard Work processes while providing surge support to address dynamic operational needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at balancing competing priorities. Responsibilities include managing Standard Work documentation, supporting process improvements, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

 

  •  Standard Work Management & Document Control:
  •  Update and maintain Standard Work documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  •  Manage document control systems, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
  •  Audit and verify that documentation aligns with current processes and best practices.
  •  Surge Support & Process Improvements:
  •  Provide operational assistance to CoE teams during high-demand periods.
  •  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  •  Act as a resource for teams adopting new or revised processes.
  •  Collaboration & Communication:
  •  Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to validate Standard Work materials.
  •  Facilitate alignment between teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

 

Qualifications you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
  •  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications we prefer: 

  • Background in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Communications, or Data Analytics.
  •  Knowledge of Pratt & Whitney tools (e.g., SAP, SNC, APO,  Qlik) and document control systems.
  •  Problem-solving skills, team-player mindset, and a forward-thinking approach.

This role is:

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
