The Rozenburg site is a powerhouse of 24/7 industrial activity, featuring six interconnected plants and a seventh currently under construction. At the heart of this complexity is our Operations Team. We are looking for an ambitious intern to act as a Strategic Problem Solver—helping us streamline our operations and empower our operators to focus on what matters most.
You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you will be driving change. Your goal is to optimize the operator’s workload through three key pillars:
Intelligent Alarm Management: Dive into the data of our control room. You will analyze alarm systems, identify "noise," and implement adjustments to ensure our operators only see what is critical.
Process Automation (MOC): Take the lead on "Management of Change" projects. You’ll design and propose new logics to automate manual interventions, moving the plant toward a more autonomous future.
Organizational Design: Become an internal consultant. You will evaluate the operators' scope of work and lead the transition of tasks to other teams (like Day Shift) to create a more balanced and efficient 24/7 operation.
